A Hard Lessons Two-Day Retreat consists of six sessions covering leadership topics that are appropriate for the level and experience of the participants. Ten specific Hard Lessons are shared throughout the two days. Each participant receives a workbook that includes all material covered during the day and has room for notes and personal action items.
There are three primary advantages to the retreat format:
A typical retreat schedule would be:
Day 1:
[table id=3 /]
Day 2:
[table id=4 /]
Other Two-Day Retreat schedule options, such as an evening/all-day/morning workshop, can be equally effective.
Because a Hard Lessons retreat includes a lot of interaction and discussion, a group size of 20-25 participants is ideal.
